Hadn't heard for sure, but with the large number of stations starting at (or preparing to start at) 430, it seems to be the most likely option. All of atlanta's stations are at a 430 start now. We're running a half hour at 430 anchored by our morning weatherman (taking off of Al Roker's show more than anything), prior to our 5 am show. Inside word was that we went with it after the NBC o&o's went with a 430...
