As Arthur says, yes eventually. Would you like to contribute :-) In
our Dublin ApacheCon presentation [1] John Kaputin and I have a
proposal for how the WSDL 1.1 parsing capability might be added to
Woden using the existing converter utility [2] to drive the testing of
it. See page 61 of the PDF.
