Committed revision 555692.
WODEN-169 - removed obsolete "resolver" class W3CFileRepository (now seprceded
by the URI Resolver mechanism).
build.xml run*Tests targets (w3c test suite) now run with user catalog set to
the w3c catalog, ie will map test XMLs to
desc downloads/w3c (if it exists on local system).
Added property to build.properties to switch on resolver trace to console when
running Ant test targets ("resolver.trace"). Default is off.
