Hi everybody,
I'm looking for ways to contribute and I'm new to open source (but not
java) development. There are several resources suggesting what has to
be done, like

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/Woden
but most open tasks already assigned to somebody. On the other hand,
many of them are not updated for months, if not years. So, what would
be the best way to start here?
