Licence boilerplate in JQueryMobile template widgets is incorrect

The widget files generated by the Ant templating include Apache licence
boilerplate. However the boilerplate used is for code licensed to the ASF. This
is almost certainly incorrect for people creating widgets with the templates. I
propose the boilerplate from the licence [1] is used, including the copyright
placeholder.
Arguable the template should include a LICENSE.TXT wit the full licence text as
well.
