Scott Wilson commented on WOOKIE-246:
-------------------------------------

This actually applies to all the widget templates, not just JQueryMobile.

I think its appropriate for widgets being created with these templates to add
to the Wookie project, but you're right Steve its not suitable for anyone
wanting to use these templates for widgets not intended for contribution to the
ASF.

> Licence boilerplate in JQueryMobile template widgets is incorrect

> The widget files generated by the Ant templating include Apache licence
> boilerplate. However the boilerplate used is for code licensed to the ASF.
> This is almost certainly incorrect for people creating widgets with the
> templates. I propose the boilerplate from the licence [1] is used, including
> the copyright placeholder.
> Arguable the template should include a LICENSE.TXT wit the full licence text
> as well.
