[VOTE] Make builds for wookie 0.9.2

Hi all,

We have all the issues fixed for 0.9.2 (although some have been moved to 
0.10.0).
(Note: WOOKIE-275 is done except for making the actual tag & artifacts)
I propose to start the build process as soon as possible.
Please vote:

[ ] +1 start build
[ ]  0 abstain
[ ] -1 do not start build as something else needs to be done / problem found
