I've had a quick look, and changes from 0.9.2 are:

- added ant/lib/ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar
- added widgets/templates/enyo/enyo.js and enyo.css
- added widgets/templates/widgets/twitter/lib/jquery.timeago.js

- lots of items to go through in the RAT report:
