Easy Peanut Butter Cookies 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 to 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups biscuit baking mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixer bowl, beet milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix, mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 min or until lightly browned. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature. ------------------------ Yahoo!
