This delicious Pie doesn't sound like it would be really good, but it will surprise you. It's deffinently worth trying,you won't be disappointed.
Corn Pie 3 large eggs 2 cans yellow whole sweet corn, drained 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can sweetened condensed milk Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a no crust pie shell sprayed with oil. This recipe does not have a crust, its more like a flan recipe. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes till set.
