My comment: I focuss on economic agreements because it is where I
unerstand how important they are for both countries. I guess they
signed other important agreements in other fields too.

Most agreements are strategic relationships in the energy field. To be
honest, I cannot describe easily how important and deep those
agreements are for both countries. Maybe the best way is to compare
when China joined international institutions during Nixon era. Those
agreements are extremely important for Russia as well because somehow
they grant wealth for a whole generation of Russians and they open the
East Asian markets to Russians through China.

In volume, those agreements are above the amount of usual stimulous
packs that major economies such as USA or China handle nowadays. It
also gives an idea on how important those agreements are.

Just some of them:

Russia, China work on gigantic oil, gas co-op project

Putin’s China Visit Helps Russia Become Global Energy Supplier

Putin strikes multi-billion deals with China

Besides energy suplies and infraestructure projects, through these
agreements China is giving huge loans to Russia and taking more stakes
in Russian corporations, it will make those those relations stronger,
more stable and long term oriented too.

Peace and best wishes.

Xi
