My comment: Most of what is told in this video is correct. Just two
coomments:

1) I cannot understand why is so difficult for Western economists to
understand that CHINA HAS ALREADY CHANGED ITS GROWTH MODEL. Less and
less based on exports toward more and more based on domestic demand
until we find a balance between both. Therefore do not be shocked that
percentage of imports on exports grow. In a mature economy both must
be equal.

2) The four powers agreement (China, India, Russia, USA) is not a goal
for China. China ALREADY has agreements with most countries around the
world that include financial mechanisms such as currency pools, swap
mechanisms, state to state loans deominated in several currencies,
etc. Every country is invited to extend such agreements Bolivia, USA,
ASEAN, Japan, Saudia, Sudan, Europe, etc. all are welcome. If one
wants to exclude themself, of course, they can feel free to sidestep
and to use "buy Japanese" or "buy American", or to raise tariffs, or
any other sort of protectionism. Up to them. This is about
cooperation, not confrontation, take it or leave it.

Finally, it is refreshing to find American economists saying that
"anyone who wants to devalue the US dollar should be fired", sometimes
it seems that most American economist lost their brain.

Peace and best wishes.
