Less or about total population in the city of Chengdu. Less than my county in Hebei. I am not angry about lack of materials and survival rations. I bet since the very first day they got everthing they need to survive decently at least along one month. If not they could ask and many countries around the world would supply. It not not a huge relief effort at all. At the begining people do not ask much. Just any sort of roof, survival food and water, basic medical equipments (I know it was in place since the first day and even before the earthquake) and clothes or something for cold nights. That is all they need at the begining. People is smart and behave incredible humanitarian and sometimes heroic if their basic needs are granted. If they do not receive their basic needs they have no option but to steal. It must be lack of coordination or something. Definitevely I have to forget Haiti. I lose my harmony if I think too much. Peace and best wishes.
