Modifying configure.ac line 138 is doing the job :
...
dnl Enable *more* warnings
if test "$gccvernum" -ge "400"; then
dnl gcc 4.0 or later
GCC_FLAGS="$GCC_FLAGS -Wextra -fno-strict-aliasing"
else
GCC_FLAGS="$GCC_FLAGS -W"
fi
...
Need to fix this when i came back home :)
