Details:
After the patch to change the positions of the bazooka for the characters
(svn 2221), characters now start out with the old firing position, and then
slowly (over the course of about 1 second or so) change into the new firing
position.
A good way to reproduce this for me is to give a character a bazooka, and
then hit the arrow keys to make him face the other direction. This puts the
bazooka back into the old firing position, at which point it slowly moves to
the new one.
