Follow-up Comment #1, bug #9709 (project wormux):

And explicitely calling PhysicalObj::SetCollisionModel so that it does
collide with objects make it collide with characters (although it is not
supposed to, as another parameter controls that). End result is that
medkits/bonus boxes can't be collected...
