Follow-up Comment #2:

Now fixed. There were 2 bugs affecting it:
- first (fixed in r3127), the ObjBox class was not set to collide objects;
this is the bullet going through medkit
- a nastier one, that could affect many more things (and may introduce
regressions...), fixed in r3126 was that is a Character as PhysicalObject was
testing collisiong with another object, whether this object would collide with
character was not checked; after fixing the previous one, objbox wouldn't be
collected by characters...

I would however move the explosion thing to ammo box, as a medkit that
explodes is kind of strange...
