Follow-up Comment #1, bug #10250 (project wormux):
I can confirm.
I don't remember who decided that open maps should have a padding on the
side. I guess this creates "extra pixels" (see for instance
InfoMap::GetUpperLeftPad method and how offsets are used when loading map
image). Weapon projectiles detect a collision against such places.
I don't know what was the incentive to put such padding, but it seems this
was intended by those persons.
