I was adding Chinese support and, when adding it to the options menu, I was
surprised it didn't get displayed.
It happens because ListBox blocks the first to be displayed to one lower than
it should be. However the test is done on respective sizes and positions of
the box and its items.
Given that there are a very big lot of hardcoded magic numbers, I prefered to
stop investiguating and let the one designing this to fix the problem. Btw, it
seems dependent on font size, as when using another one, problem was even
worse (stopping at svenska and not even displaying türke and anything
between).
