Hum, you are very unlucky Eddy!!
I can't reproduce that bug. There are 2 possibilities when the turn does not
end:
1) the weapon is considered still active
2) an object or a character is still "moving"
I don't think (1) is possible for the dynamite because it is a really simple
weapon and heavily tested.
So, I suspect a particle or another object (2) to be blocked in infinite fall
as in bug #11062. If this is the same bug, it is nearly unreproducible... (I
ran wormux during hours putting boxes on the ground in infinite loop without
the bug...)
