Details:
As in subject. Move the the very left map border, and particules will stop on
the border(no matter the wind direction I guess, but there must be wind, I
guess). Oh, after stop on the border they keep spinning. This don't happen on
the right border.
Tested on Lonely Island and Arbre maps.
