Details:
A problem I have sometimes on the public servers is that I connect to the
server, hoping a partner will show up, and then, I do something else,
forgetting to disconnect from the server.
After 3, 5 or 10 minutes, some other players connect to the server, and would
like to play, but since I don't begin the game, nobody can play...
A good solution would be to allow these other players to kick off the game
master (me :p) if he hasn't launched the game or sent a message on the chat
for 2 minutes after another player pressed the V button.
