Details:
When a team does not have any change of the energy through the whole game,
the energy progress graph (`Team graphs') does display nothing about this
team.
Steps to reproduce:
* start a new game, with 2 teams, both having single character
* kill one of the characters without damaging the killer
* see the `Team graphs' screen
Expected results:
* the winning team shall be represented by a horizontal line in the team
graph
