I second this motion about accessibility! My proposal for the new "Installing WordPress" document. Step 1: Browse to upgrade.wordpress.org, and click on the "Please Upgrade my blog to WordPress Version 2.1.2" button. Step 2: After the upgrade is completed, click on the link, "Your upgrade to WordPress Version 2.1.2 is complete. Have fun with WordPress!", to return to blogging.
