Sure! I started patching it, by the end of the day the patch will be
ready.
There [0] are patches for the blogger and textpattern importers. They
need a thorough review and we need some more work - for the plugins.
I produced new Blogger importer i18n patch. It is again at [0] and
should replace the previous one.
