Hi Nikolay and other developers, I posted my username (in response to Nikolay's message) which is elgunwp and I would like to get SVN access to commit my translation. Additionally, I would like to be sure that no other volunteers will start to translate as well. Instead of having many people they can contribute to accelerate working with me. I did not get response from Nikolay.
Do I need to get registered somewhere that to officialize my translation? I need to know that. If someone translates while I am doing then, all of my effort will go away that we did not know how many people are translating into Azerbaijani. WP has a nice interface where you can upload, edit the language files. It is open source, and can be edited. The blog was updates from 2.5 to 2.7.1. I did that by hand. I also have a blog but updated and installed with directadmin. It runs 2.7.1 and the same MO file. But that one does function right. I also did change theme, but the same messgae did appear. And also deactivated al the plugins but the same message did appear. I hope you have enough information.
