What about those theme authors who are not coders?
I can put together a valid xhtml/css theme - but totally lost when it
comes to php.
Will we be excluded from contributing new themes?
(And to answer your question before it is formulated - I am here on
this list because I am trying to learn as much as I can, since I am an
enthusiastic user and helper in the forum...)
