This bug just annoyed me again on 2.0.4:
Rich Text Editor strips embed tags.

The fix on trunk seems to have accidently been included in a fix for
another bug 3138, svn 4194.
That changeset doesn't fix the embed tag stripping. The newer version
of tinyMCE that is in 2.1 is responsible for the fix. I don't think
we'll be able to port the new tinyMCE into 2.0.5. It's quite a bit of
change.
