Greets: Where are you seeing this? The link for editing a page should be:
/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&page=<page_id> On 1/20/07, Omar Abo-Namous <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi, if i edit a page via /wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=<page_id> it turns my page into a post! Since there are quite some themes with administration options (like 'Edit this') i would suggest, that either the type of the post/page is detected on edit or it's not allowed to edit pages in post.php (or posts in page.php). I would prefer the first solution! regards, Omar Ryan Boren wrote: > http://wordpress.org/release-archive/wordpress-2.1-RC2.zip > > * Make sure the server has MySQL 4.0.0 before attempting upgrade or > install > * Drop all JS compression > * #3343 Delete categories JavaScript error: Object doesn't support > this property or method > * #3596 Manage>Uploads Single Image View's wide image Input boxes are > Too Small > * #3589 Don't translate admin username > * Always load gettext libs > * Drop feed: from themes > * Improve page update speed when there are a large number of pages > _______________________________________________ > wp-testers mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.automattic.com/mailman/listinfo/wp-testers > > _______________________________________________ wp-testers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.automattic.com/mailman/listinfo/wp-testers
