Whoops, I was thinking of get_option('home')
But still, get_option('home') retrieves the "Blog URL" and
bloginfo('siteurl') and bloginfo('wpurl') seem to get the some info.

On the options screen, these are called "WordPress address (URL):" and "Blog
address (URL):". That's probably why you think that, but in code they are
wpurl and siteurl. There's no blogurl variable that I'm aware of. See
wp-includes/template-functions-general.php for details.
