[wp-testers] New admin interface

I'm sorry to be dense, but where can I find the specs for these? I'm
not getting the boxes arranged, but rather one on top of the other,
and I'd like to figure out whether this is intentional, I missed a
setting somewhere, or something altogether different. Thanks.
