Since we know about this "problem", what needs to be done to correct it?

I have the same problem with

Events Calendar - "page not found" error
NextGEN Gallery - "page not found" error
WassUp          - "page not found" error
Wp-Polls        - "page not found" error

He forget the p from .php extentions
