Scratch my last reply. It fixed it temporarily. The problem is back again, same result as with 2.8-bleeding edge. Only the "an unknown error" message displays when I click on page 2 under Newest.

Uhhh.... Thats already handled properly..

Ok, It must be an error related to the Chunked decoding thats been fixed on
trunk and for 2.7.1

You can try installing the latest /wp-includes/http.php and see if that
fixes it for you:
http://trac.wordpress.org/browser/branches/2.7/wp-includes/http.php that'll
confirm if its the same bug i'm thinking of.

That'll be the plugin API function not expecting a HTTP error.. I'll create
a ticket..

However, Attempting to load the 2nd page again should work.. Its not
cached.. and the 2nd page works for me, so its not an API issue..

I was browsing the newest plugins list, and clicked on the link at the
bottom for page 2, and am being presented with the following error:

----------------------------

*Warning*: unserialize() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in
*/home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxx/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php* on
line *45*

An unknown error occured

----------------------------

I can click the link for page 3, and the page displays fine, but I am
unable to view page 2 - get the above error every time.

This install is using 2.7 final.

Anyone else seeing this?

Kim
