Now we are doing this in all possible situations.
you should have said that before :)
so right now (with that patch I mean) "remove cmd" from wpkg.xml is
*always* ignored, and the one from packages.xml (which is on the server)
is *always* used (regardless if we uninstall by:
1) removing "revision"
2) removing the package from the profile
3) /remove:packagename
?
