Now we are doing this in all possible situations.

so right now (with that patch I mean) "remove cmd" from wpkg.xml is *always* ignored, and the one from packages.xml (which is on the server) is *always* used (regardless if we uninstall by:

1) removing "revision"
yes.
2) removing the package from the profile
no. impossible at the moment. (the package does not exist anymore so we cannot use it as source, but even here wpkg tries :-))
3) /remove:packagename
yes.

the important modifications are in "removePackage()" which is used by every remove-function.
