Just type the umlaut the way XML understands it..
<install cmd='cmd /c move /Y "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All
Users\Startmenü\Programme\Adobe Reader 7.0.lnk" "C:\Dokumente und
Einstellungen\All Users\Startmenü\Programme\Tools\Adobe Reader
7.0.lnk"' />
(Found this with google some time ago, but I do not remember the URL for
other umlauts, sry.)

Hello,
i have a problem with the german umlaut.
Part of my packages.xml:
<install cmd='cmd /c move /Y "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All
Users\Startmenü\Programme\Adobe Reader 7.0.lnk" "C:\Dokumente und
Einstellungen\All Users\Startmenü\Programme\Tools\Adobe Reader
7.0.lnk"' />
Error message is "Error while parsing XML document" Linepos 82. This
position is where the german ü is. Is there a solution for that?
regards
Markus
