WPKG however work with computername. I avoid conflict byt using unattended, this work wonderful. If that is not possible, I suggest that you try to rename offending computer using NETDOM. I guess that could be run from the logon script, or from WPKG. I'm thinking about a script that could recover the MAC adress, compare it against a value stroe in a text file and change the computer name if they are not the same. But I'm not good enough in scripting to provide you with anything... :( Anyway, I wish you luck!
