The "Product: WPKG -- Installation completed successfully." is a result of installing the service before starting it, naturally. This is the only message that appears. Which part of your advice in #1 did I miss? I did do a TEST Settings using "administrator" as the user, and it was successful. TEST as DOMAIN\administrator also succeeds.
