Re SYSTEM user vs Administrator. wpkg client (1.0rc2) was originally installed using wpkg triggered via a group policy which I suppose would mean it was installed as SYSTEM. Today I installed 1.2rc5 via the same mechanism, so presumably as the same user, but the service still fails to start.
