Yeah, what on earth is with Silliman? He dissed me on Poetics, said I was closing down lists with my work; when I was defended (he was talking mainly about imitationpoetics) by the listowner, he said nothing. And his blog essay titles are so damned bombastic. Smothering poetry w/academia. Rimbaud wd probably get something like 'Cynical Obscenity among the Young: Does this a Poem Make?' or some such -
