A couple of minor clarifications, for anyone who may not be familiar with
the terminology:

"Publish" is the FrontPage command that does uploading (called "publishing"
in the program documentation).

Don't panic - - - The FrontPage Server Extensions are not something that
you as a web author must have on your own computer. They are an extra
component that your web service provider must have installed on the web
site that hosts your pages. Without the Server Extensions, Publish will
not be able to access your pages.
