I already complained about the broken OS/390 ftp server support in 7.0 and got this 
answer from
Ipswitch tech support:

>This is a known issue with our product and has been escalated to our R&D
>Team for correction in a future release.  Please see if reverting to 6.7
>will solve your problem.
>You should be notified via email when an update is available.

Maybe it will work again in 7.03, who knows...
