I have problems in login to the FTP server when using
external user database (oracle 8.1.7), OS: windows 2000.
The FTP server sees users defined in the external database
and user properties modification in FTP manager (disable login, etc.)
is updated to the database correctly.
But when FTP Client (WS_FTP or java client) tries to log on
to the FTP server it gets stucked. "Read timed out" occurs after defined
timeout (60 secs).
Disable extensions is selected.
Entry in log file:

I also noticed that when adding a new user with FTP server manager
nothing happens, no user in DB, no error/log messages.
