mjipac,

You do have an index file on your web site. The problem is that it is void
of displayable content, i.e., there is nothing between the <BODY> tag and
the </BODY> tag. Only the bare minimum structure is present. In order to
view what your index.html file looks like, use your browser's "view source"
capability to look at the raw html markup present on the server. You can
then compare that with the local file to see if you have been successful in
uploading your home page. The following markup existed on your web server
when I looked:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

It appears from your email that you do have an account on the web server of
your provider that enables you to login for an FTP session. Once you are
connected, WS_FTP_LE must be set up with the directory where your local
files to be uploaded is displayed on the left hand side and the host
directory that is the home directory for your web site is displayed on the
right hand side. Once these directories are properly displayed, you can
transfer files back and forth between your local file system and the server
by highlighting the file you want to transfer and then clicking on the
directional arrow in the space between the right and left sides of the
WS_FTP LE directory display screen. It's that simple.
