I'm afraid you are seeking help in the wrong place.  Even if it were 
feasible to do so, this forum will not be inclined to provide the level of 
assistance you seek.  The questions you ask indicate a fundamental lack of 
understanding of the basics of what you are trying to accomplish.  I 
suggest you seek the help of a local consultant for some hands-on tutoring 
or consult the "xxxxxx for Dummies" section at the local computer book 
store.  You will, of course, need help in determining which six or so of 
the dozens of "xxxxxx" subjects to choose.
