Hi all,(info JP Gay)

I've the same issue. The only product I've found up to now is a Java
based GUI ssl enabled FTP client named XFB FTP CS
released (in beta) by SOPRA. I've successfully tested it on a windows
based plateform but not yet (it's planned) on AIX.
Their 2.11 release is assumed to be compliant for AIX, Hpux, Solaris,
Linux and win32 platforms.
For more information feel free to contact my general point of contact at
SOPRA :Mr JP Gay(see address in CC).

Hope it helps.

Alex

Subject: [WS_FTP Forum] Connecting to Ws_ftp Server from AIX(Unix)
Client

wsftp_forum,

I have a client who is trying to connect to my Ws_ftp Server
(SSL)
from a AIX (UNIX) machine.

What are the best ftp(SSL) clients that he can use? (out of the
box
would be great)
I have steered him toward Perl (Perl Modules Net::SSLeay and
Net::FTP) and
C-Kermit 7.0 but he could not get them to work

I have used "CuteFTPPro.TEConnection" object for windows to
create
FTPS scripts and looking
for something simular for UNIX (AIX).

Will I have problems with Certificate ?

Thanks,
