Thanks for the input. That's what I was afraid of. I haven't been able to 
get an answer from IP Switch support. I did receive a response, but the 
support agent that responded seemed to confused about what a memory 
footprint is. Oh well... Hopefully they figure it out. I've been using 
WS_FTP for a lot of years now. I really don't look forward to switching to 
another ftp client at this point.
