Well, I backed up WSFTP and uninstalled everything, then rebooted and 
reinstalled and still get the same error. I also rebooted after the fresh 
install. Just to be sure that it wsnt a registry problem I also tried 
another fresh install where I set it up as a new host (not restoring the 
old registry data), same error.

I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?
