Hi, My computer, running Windows XP, reboots each time I try to connect to a server using WS_FTP Pro 7.04.
The machine also reboots if I install WS_FTP on my other machine and attempt to connect through Microsoft Internet Connection Sharing. I contacted Ipswitch Support and was told that another customer who had the same problem cured it by installing the latest Windows XP updates. I immediately replied, explaining that my machine was fully up to date. Since then I've heard nothing, despite emailing several reminders. It's been several weeks now. Having been an Ipswitch customer for five years or more, I'm far from impressed. I have also contacted Microsoft, who claim the problem is with WS_FTP Pro. So, can anyone help?
