There are numerous file sharing web sites around. Try http://www.mydocsonline.com/ . You can upload your files from your machine and your family can download to theirs.
OR, if you've got webspace, create a directory at the server. Upload your files to that directory and your family can download from there. They will need your username a pwd, though.
